The best pilot training in the world means nothing if the aircraft isn't appropriately maintained. When you drive your car, you feel more secure if a trusted professional has been maintaining the vehicle as opposed to a less seasoned mechanic or garage interested only in getting you in and out as quickly as possible. How much experience is enough when working on an aircraft?
Seneca Flight Operations has 3 seasoned, professional aviation mechanics that have combined aviation experience of well over 75 years … that's an average of 25 years per mechanic. Our senior mechanics have both worked for Seneca Flight for over 30 years. That speaks to stability … experience …. and commitment. This is not some mechanics working on just another aircraft – these men have the familiarity and experience with our aircraft to insure the safest possible operations. We are able to realize financial and operational efficiencies that would not otherwise be possible due to our in–house maintenance. It directly benefits our customers because aircraft are maintained to our strict standards, resulting in less down time. Further, when a mechanical issue does ground the aircraft, our maintenance staff is on the scene to restore the aircraft to full airworthiness. This results in minimum delays to those who matter most, our customers. We are proud of our sterling record of safety and believe that maintenance of aircraft is a relationship of the highest trust. One of the maxims of the trade is "Would I release this aircraft for flight if my family were onboard?". In the case of Seneca Flight Operations, the answer must always be an unequivocal "Yes"! What would you like to do now? |
