Rich Leppert

Rich began his career with Seneca Foods in 1999 working in various marketing and sales positions within Seneca. Bringing years of Food Industry experience with him, he had proven to be a valuable asset to the Seneca team.
Rich was eventually given the opportunity to run Seneca Flight in the early 2000’s. Rich always had an interest in aviation as his father was a pilot in WWII flying B-24’s, so Flight was a great fit.
Rich earned his Bachelors Degree in Journalism / Communication Studies from The University of Massachusetts / Amherst and his Masters in Administrative Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
Rich is on the Board of Directors of the New York Aviation Management Association (NYAMA) - an organization dedicated to promoting the viability and business interests of New York State's airports.
In his spare time, when he has it, Rich and his wife spend their time assisting at a Rochester homeless shelter and pampering Flight's official mascot Queen Elsa.
